MEET THE COACHES
Here at gladiator camp we have a range of qualified coaches with different styles of training to suit your needs. All our coaches are available for one to one personal training as well as teaching our group classes.

STEVE STIDOLPH
Steve: "For me health and fitness is about having a balance between physical and mental strength. I created Gladiator Camp to bring together like-minded people who want to face their fears and put themselves to the test. I believe the key to a happy and healthy life is becoming the best possible version of yourself.
My passions are strength and movement training. Understanding how your body is moving is everything and I am all about refining those details.
Mental health is a topic extremely close to my heart and my salvation lies in focusing on working and testing my body to its physical limits.
Train with purpose, train smart and train for the long run.
Why be great when you can be spectacular!"

JODIE BARRETT
Jodie: "I have a passion for strength, conditioning, olympic lifting and crossfit style training. I really enjoy teaching group classes as I love the atmosphere it creates with everyone motivating each other and bouncing off each other. I also find it very rewarding working one on one with clients to achieve a personal and specific goal.
I love mixing up my own training with different styles of exercise so you can definitely expect a variety from my classes and training. I always have lots of fun coaching my sessions so I hope you will too!"

JOANNE SLAUGHTER
Jo: "In 2009, I obtained my Fitness qualification in Australia as a Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer, Group fitness Instructor, older Adults and Children's Trainer.
Having danced all my life till to date, I love to incorporate working with body mobility, core and posture in my sessions. I believe in variety when it comes to working our body as we age. So watch out for my session, as I will find new ways to work those muscles of yours.
To top it up, you'll definitely have lots of fun while getting your goals achieved."

KATY BISHOP
Katy; "I am a professional wrestler with an interest in competitive Olympic lifting. I'm also a mum of 4 and don't necessarily fit the mould of the "normal" fitness freak, gym bunny etc. and for that reason I also believe fitness should be for everyone no matter what your level of fitness, age or perceived abilities. We've all got something to give and have more in us than we know. You just have to take those steps and I'll be here with you.
I'm not much of a one for jumping around and running. My passion is in mobility, stability and resistance training. So if that sounds like a bit of you, get in touch. I'm not as scary as I look, I promise!"

IMOGEN ROSE CREW
Imogen: "Laughter is guaranteed in my classes, Duracell Bunny is my middle name so except my classes to be full of energy and good fun. You've got this!"
Imogen is currently working in Bali smashing her fitness journey as a coach. We can't wait for her to return!

JAKE ORR
Jake: "Fitness for me, is more than just turning up to the gym and going through the motions.
I enjoy the mental challenge that comes with training and competing. Being able to overcome barriers big or small and challenging myself gives me a huge sense of purpose, which is what I want to help others achieve too.
I currently compete in Strongman competitions and have a 'crossfit' based approach; as I enjoy the strength and conditioning side of training. Striving to achieve my personal best and improve mine and others performances.
I work my full time job in the fire service, so recognise the importance of instilling good habits, discipline and mental endurance both individually but more importantly as part of a team. By supporting one another you are able to ensure everyone reaches their full potential.
These attributes are what I aim to bring to the gladiator camp community."
